Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor and mediate client social platforms
  • Define and implement social media strategies and platform approach
  • Monitor and forecast digital trends, best practices and emerging platforms and technologies
  • Craft and optimize client brand voice’s across social networks
  • Copywriting for planned and real-time posts across platforms
  • Build and maintain bi-weekly content calendars to promote brand initiatives, product and campaigns.
  • Full-scale management of influencer partnerships including contracts, negotiation, message training, creative briefing and execution of scopes of work
  • Build and maintain client databases inclusive of men’s and women’s digital influencers spanning top-tier, emerging, and micro
  • Digital reporting and insights including monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis and channel audits 
  • Lead agency education and best practices in social media, content creation and emerging digital platforms
